Global links with Gambia

Class Two had an exciting visit on Monday 25^th November by Thea's mum Ruth, Dad Danny, and her Auntie from Nigeria Chineze. They recently visited Gambia, and we had the opportunity to write postcards for the children of a large school in Gambia. We were very excited to receive a postcard back from the children. Danny is from Gambia and lived there for many years, and shared his work with the children. We had the opportunity to also learn Wolof, 1 of the 7 languages used in Gambia. A special thank you to Ruth, Danny, Chineze and Thea!
